History
Kuwera was established as a General Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Contracting Company back in 1990, Jakarta. This is a national privately owned business that worked with clients such as Bank BNI 46, Bank Artha Graha, Bank Duta and many more. What started with high-rise buildings being our focus, soon changed in 1996 as we shifted the company orientation to the field of pressure vessel and air handling units. Hence , PT. Kuwera Pandu Karya (KPK) was born. Within a year from this, we received an invitation from Indonesia’s state-owned oil and gas coorporation–Pertamina . We became a member of the retest, repair and repaint liquid petroleum gas vessels that concentrated within the capital city of Indonesia, Jakarta and its surrounding areas such as Bandung , Tangerang & many more…
Kuwera’s support from our clients can be seen throughout the years as we gradually evolve to grow bigger internally and externally. In the early 2000’s, our Mechanical & Engineering branch that we have decided to name PT. Kuwera Pandukarya Mega Engineering (KPME), was able to expand our pursuits. KPME completed installations and constructions of (small to medium scale) coal fired steam power plant (CFSPP). Now, we can proudly announce that Kuwera has reached the quality management systems of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001-2015 and ISO 18001-2018 . All three are approved for Fabricatings, Assemblies and Constructions. The support from our clients did not stop as Kuwera got to work on amazing projects from different industries: cigarettes, Paper, Sugar, Coal and mining , oil, gas and the list still goes on.
20+ years of standing, our companies have matured as we have gone through the many stages of mastering the entirety of applied mechanics. Therefore, Kuwera continues to become one of the most trustable and experienced companies in the field of Mechanical contractors and steel structure building in Indonesia. International businesses such the British multinational oil and gas company BP, Buitendijk Techniek B.V., etc have come to work and entrust us. Ending this brief summary about our history, we would like to welcome both national and international businesses to come and consult with us in making their goals come true.
